Shipping Policy
How much is delivery?
Free Delivery on all orders over £500 (exclude VAT), orders under £500 (exclude VAT) will be a delivery charge of £20, UK mainland only. For other non-UK mainland addresses, please contact us info@recyclingwastebins.uk for a quotation. This applies to online purchase only.
When will I receive my goods?
Due to the pandemic situation, and with limited staff, hence all orders received will be processed as soon as possible (Monday to Friday). We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible. We will inform you immediately if the items you are ordering are not available.
When will my order dispatch?
Deliveries will be made during working hours, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot always give an exact date and time at the time of ordering. We will usually contact you 1-2 days prior to delivery. If you want to know when your order will arrive, you can email us at info@recyclingwastebins.uk.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the whole Mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland. Any free delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland only, for other non-UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses, please contact us info@recyclingwastebins.uk for a quotation.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues once your order is placed. If you would like some advice regarding delivery before ordering, please do not hesitate to email us at info@recyclingwastebins.uk.
Delivery access
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. Pallets will be unloaded onto kerbside where there is no dedicated unloading area.
SITE DELIVERY - All goods delivered as directed to customers chosen site are not treated as delivered to customer’s own premises. It is the responsibility of the customer to sign for receipt and check for conformity. RecyclingWasteBins.UK will consider signed paperwork as proof of delivery. All goods signed for in good order will cancel any future claim for damage at any time. RecyclingWasteBins.UK cannot accept responsibility for any damage claim after time of delivery. If delivery is to another floor, an optional installation fee will apply, please contact us at info@recyclingwastebins.uk for a quotation.
Damage on delivery
Notification of any complaint regarding an order must be made by telephone and email within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. After this time, the company cannot accept any liability regarding Shortages, damage or loss. Damage or Loss of goods out of our care are no longer covered by our carrier’s replacements and insurance policy after this time – N.B – we do not cover goods if ‘Onward Delivered’ to a further address, even if within the first 48 hours. Any variation is purely at the discretion of the directors of RecyclingWasteBins.UK. (RecyclingWasteBins.UK is a trading name of Treisco Ltd)
We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to info@recyclingwastebins.uk and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Our aim is that every order received exceeds expectations, both in terms of product and service. However, we understand that sometimes this is not possible and therefore we have a 14 day returns policy. Should you order a recycling bin (or many) providing the products are still unused in their original packaging you can return them at your cost for a full refund minus a small restocking fee (which covers our initial delivery and transaction fees). This will typically be around 5%, however we will confirm this once you have confirmed that you would like to return goods. If goods are faulty then there will be no restocking charge and a full refund will be issued. Please make sure that you send the goods back via a trackable and insured carrier as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing.
Please note that items that are made to order are excluded from the above policy. Typically bins that have a 10-day lead time or longer are made to order, and because of this it is not an item we can accept return of unless faulty due to the bespoke nature. Please therefore double check all measurements and colours before ordering. If you have any questions, please get in contact with us first.
To arrange this please either email info@recyclingwastebins.uk and someone will be happy to help. Please have your order number to hand, if you cannot find that do not worry as we can go look up the details from the customer name.
If the goods are faulty we will collect the goods and once the warehouse have confirmed the fault, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
